Panettone (Big Bread in Italian). This cake in it’s “Classico” recipe with raisins and candied fruits and its typical domed shape is an essential element on the tables of Europe and South America during the celebration of Christmas and New Year’s eve.

Use: Ready to eat, as a dessert after Christmas dinner or any time, with a glass of champagne or a cup of coffe.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, candied orange, citrus and lemon peels (orange-citrus-lemon peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), fresh eggs, sultanas, butter (milk), sugar, natural yeast (wheat), milk, fresh egg yolk, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavours, cocoa butter, salt. May contain traces of nuts and soy.
