These delicious vegan crackers are handmade in Spain using the premium Black Truffle (Tubber Melanosporum Vitt.) infused in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

All natural, without any additives or colorants. No Palm Oil.

The Melanosporum Vitt. or Perigord truffle has a complex and robust flavour, often described as earthy, musky and slightly garlicky.

The harvest take place at Sarrión (Teruel, Spain) where is the largest area of planted Oak trees in the world.

The flour is obtained by using an artisanal ground process (Stone-ground) making it more nutritious and aromatic than those ground using industrial steel rollers.

We let our dough resting for 12 hours and then, it's slowly baked to maintain the nutrients, obtaining a crunchy cracker that are both, helthier and delicious.

Use: On their own as a snack or pair them with a creamy cheese such as brie or goat cheese to enhace the truffle flavour. Ideal to include in your next charcuterie board. Crush the truffle crackers and use them as a flavourful topping for salads or soups to add a delightful crunch and truffle-infuse taste.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (20%), salt and black truffle (0.5%). May contain traces of egg, peanuts, sesame and nuts.

Storage: Keep them in a dry, cool place.
