El Olivo is all about the love of quality food products. A love story that was birthed in Spain almost 10 years ago.
WHO
Christian C. – An Italian who’s lived and worked in Spain for over 15 years, and now based in Singapore for the last 9. Having worked in F&B for most of my life (over 26 years), food has always been a passion.
My experience working in some of the best Tapas, fine dining and restaurants owned by Michelin-starred chefs, has taught me about the importance of using quality products. These same products used in top end restaurant kitchens are now available here on El Olivo. I’ve spent time curating only the best premium quality products from Spain and Italy, and now I can’t wait for you to taste these delicious, healthy products!
Shareen Wong – Founder of Embrace Jewellery and Kai Life, part time Radio Presenter on Class 95FM and lifelong foodie. The love affair began on one of my sourcing trips to Spain when I first met Christian. The relationship blossomed through a shared love for travel, good music and great food!
Having spent the last 16 years working in jewellery and curating some of the best quality Spanish and Italian jewellery brands, I’m excited to now be able to share with you these delicious finds!
