Panettone filled with white chocolate, combined with a sac à poche of our artisanal pistachio cream. It has a double leavening of more than 4 days, and an extremely soft structure with and a delicious taste. It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion, since 1882

Use: Ready to eat, as a dessert after Christmas dinner or at any time, with a glass of champagne or a cup of coffee.

WE RECOMMEND - HEATING THE PISTACHIO CREAM SLIGHTLY IN THE MICROWAVE TO MAKE IT CREAMIER.

Ingredients: Naturally leavened baked product with white chocolate and pistachio spreadable cream, without candied citrus peel and raisins - Ingredients: wheat flour, white chocolate 20% (19%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla extract), butter, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, sugar, natural sourdough yeast (wheat flour, water), water, milk, salt, cream, cornstarch, Bourbon vanilla, lemon peel. Pistachio Spread - 190g (6.70 oz / 0.41lbs) ℮ Ingredients: pistachio (45%), sugar, whole milk powder, whey powder, sunflower oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, extra virgin olive oil, emulsifier: soy lecithin; flavoring.
