Characteristics of the picual olive include green grass, green banana, green tomato and almond with a very well balanced taste: sweet at the beginning with a green, fresh, peppery taste in its final phase.
Use: Dress your favourite salads or fresh vegetables with this delicious oil, use it for meats, fish or use for dipping with freshly baked bread.
