Tasting notes: Notably fresh and characteful. A big mouthful of flavour, with a long grassy, peppery after taste. It's nutty notes transform into the perfect degree of bitterness.        Light and fresh on nose. The grassy notes on palate are very pleasing and there is a subtle bitterness in the after taste. An excellent mild, easy to use Olive Oil.

Use: Pairs well with salads, roasted/grilled veggies, red meat, steamed fish, seafood, soups, pizzas and aged cheeses. Ideal as a dip and for marinades.
