Pasticceria Scarpato since 1888 in Legnano, Verona. The classic Panettone naturally leavened for 72hs, made with raisins, candied Sicilian oranges and “Diamante” citron.

Use: Ready to eat, as a dessert after Christmas dinner or at any time, with a glass of champagne or a cup of coffee.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, EGGS, raisins 11.3%, natural yeast (Wheat, flour, water), candied citrus peel 10.1% (orange peels fromSicily and “ Diamante” citron, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar concentrated lemon juice), Butter, sugar, citrus paste (Orange, citron, lemon and tardive Ciaculli tangerine peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice, acidity corrector: citric acid), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, whole MILK, EGG yolk, glucose syrup, natural flavours, salt, skimmed powder milk.
