Award-winning producers Oro Bailen have brought us their gourmet sherry wine vinegar, Vinagre de Jerez Reserva D.O.P, a product that requires strict protocols to create, and one that can only be produced in Andalusia.

The vinegar is aged for a minimum time of two years in 500L oak barrels, with the barrels tiered to follow the traditional Spanish Solera system.

It has a mahogany color, a rich aroma with notes of oak and aged wine, and in the mouth a soft yet persistent flavor.

Use: Ideal for all kind of dishes: Pickles, cold soups, meats, fish, pastas,  even with fruit, desserts and ice creams! In the latter, a few drops of Sherry Vinegar give it freshness and cleanse the palate.

Ingredients: Aged Sherry Vinegar D.O.P, colour must caramel, antioxidant, potassium metabisulphite. Allergens: Contain Sulphites. Gluten free, Vegetarian and Vegan friendly.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and warm surfaces. No refrigeration is required.

Shelf life: Vinegar's shelf life is "almost indefinite" and due to the high acidity of the product is also "self-preserving"
