Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena aged at over 12 years. Obtained 100% from cooked grape must of typical Modena grapes like Trebbiano and Lambrusco.

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a high gastronomy product protected by the DOP (protected origin) mark, aged according to special procedures for not less than 12 years

It can be obtained only in special territories of choice, by decanting and tipping up in ancient barrels of 5 selected woods (Oak, Mulberry, Chesnut, Cherry and Juniper) and it is bottled by the Protection Consortium and by the Consortium of Producers Ancient Acetaie.

Its particular 100ml bottle, created by the designer Giorgetto Giugiaro, is famous all over the world and it is the ONLY ONE permitted by law

Acetaia Malpighi, established in the mid-1800’s, has passed down the precise traditions for 5 generations and due to their vinegar and to advanced technologies, they are able to guarantee the quality, the continuity, and the improvement of Malpighi Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Use: Suitable for any kind of dish, pour it raw in little drops on pasta, rices, meat, fish and desserts. It pair well with strong and spicy cheeses, on fruits like strawberries and on ice creams.

Ingredients: 100% cooked grape must (varieties: Lambrusco of Modena, Trebbiano of Modena and Trebbiano of Spain)

Storage: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and warm surfaces.
