Quick midweek dinner? How about Pasta 🍝 in under 10 mins?
Cacio E Pepe Pasta
Ingredients:
- ¼ to ½ jar La Madia Regale Cacio Pepe Pasta Sauce
- 50g Spaghetti
- 5g Pecorino
- Black pepper
Directions:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add salt and 50 g spaghetti and cook until al dente.
- Drain the pasta, reserving some of the water and set aside.
- Heat up ¼ to ½ jar Cacio E Pepe sauce, then quickly mix in the pasta, adding some pasta water if necessary.
- Serve with plenty of freshly ground black pepper and a little grated pecorino
Truffle Tomato Pasta
Ingredients:
- ½ jar La Madia Regale Truffle Tomato Sauce
- La Madia Regale Black Truffle oil
- 50g pasta
- 5g Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add pasta and cook until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and set aside.
- Heat Truffle Tomato sauce in a small saucepan, then quickly mix in the pasta.
- Serve with a little grated parmesan cheese and drizzle truffle oil on top.
