Quick midweek dinner? How about Pasta 🍝 in under 10 mins?

Cacio E Pepe Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add salt and 50 g spaghetti and cook until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the water and set aside.
  3. Heat up ¼ to ½ jar Cacio E Pepe sauce, then quickly mix in the pasta, adding some pasta water if necessary.
  4. Serve with plenty of freshly ground black pepper and a little grated pecorino

Truffle Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add pasta and cook until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta and set aside.
  3. Heat Truffle Tomato sauce in a small saucepan, then quickly mix in the pasta.
  4. Serve with a little grated parmesan cheese and drizzle truffle oil on top.
