Stir Fried French Beans with Black Olive Pâté

These stir fried french beans with black olive pâté are full of flavour, and makes for a healthy meal too! The fragrance of the black olives with garlic & french beans is a winning combi! It’s a MUST try!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Marinate ground meat in soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, starch and oil for at least 15 mins. Wash beans, strain well and cut into bite sized lengths.
  2. Heat wok over medium high heat.
  3. When wok is hot add in 1 tbsp of oil, then add in ground meat and stir until the meat is cooked.
  4. Remove meat from wok and clean the wok.  
  5. Heat wok over high heat.  
  6. When wok is hot, add in 2 tbsp of oil, chili if using and then the long beans.
  7. Stir until all the long beans are coated in oil, then cover and let cook for 1-2 mins until the beans are bright green, just cooked but still crunchy.
  8. Add in the cooked ground pork and olive paste and stir until incorporated and warmed through, about 15-20 secs.
  9. Turn off heat and scoop onto serving dish.
