In this recipe we use a combination of ground pork and vegetables, but you could easily substitute with chicken, beef or shrimp, all vegetables, or even tofu.
What makes these Truffle Dumplings special is the Black Truffle Tartufata used in the filling as well as the combination of our La Madia Regale White Truffle Balsamic Vinegar with La Madia Regale Black Truffle Olive Oil in the dipping sauce. The Tartufata gives it a wholesome flavour while the truffle balsamic vinegar and Truffle Oil is blended with soy sauce for a final mouth-watering touch.
