Ingredients:
- 8 slices white sandwich bread
- 4 slices Serrano ham
- Manchego cheese
- 4 teaspoons La Madia Regale La Tartufata
- Oro Bailén Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1-Cut the crust off the bread
2-Brush one side of each slice of bread with Oro Bailén Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Picual or Arbequina).
3-Place brushed side down and spread with a smear of La Madia Regale Tartufata spread.
4-Cover 4 slices with the Serrano Ham, then with thinly sliced Manchego cheese.
5-Top with another slice of bread, truffle side down.
6-Preheat a flat grill plate or non-stick sauté pan until medium hot.
7-Cook the sandwiches for 1 minute on each side or until golden.
8-Cut into triangles and serve immediately. Enjoy! Bon Profit!
